The Harford Fairgrounds are located in Susquehanna County, PA in the heart of the Endless Mountains. The fairgrounds are one mile off of Rt. I-81 between Binghamton, New York, and Scranton, PA. On PA Interstate 81, take the Harford Exit, 217 Off the North bound ramp, take a left onto Rt. 547 Off the South bound ramp, take a right onto Rt. 547 Travel one mile At the T intersection, turn right Travel about 0.7 miles The entrance to be used is at the North end of the grounds.
