INTRODUCTION TO NEEDLE FELTING taught by Mina Hart and Karin Wellings

Saturday afternoon 1:30 - 3:30 PM

Skill level: No experience necessary.

Minimum Age: 15 years old

Cost: $30.00 ---- $20.00 workshop fee due when registering (Form below)
                            $10.00 materials fee payable at workshop

Class limit: 10 students

   In this class you will learn the basics of needle felting. The properties of wool cause it to felt as a result of agitation and manipulation. In needle felting it will be a sharp barbed needle that creates our felted pin or ornament. Each student will decide which they will make. You will leave this workshop with a completed project and a the knowledge to continue creating.
   Even experienced needle felters will occasionally prick a finger using these sharp needles. Please be aware that this can happen as you work on your project. Band Aids will be available should you need any.
