PA Sales Tax
The question about the sales tax is apparently a tricky one. Our suggestion is to contact the Dept of Revenue; their regional office is in Scranton. Tell them specifically what you will be selling and they will determine whether you need to obtain a license to collect sales tax. There is no cost for the license.
